GRIGOL GIORGADZE

Grigol Giorgadze – Barrister Graduated Akaki Tsereteli Kutaisi State University, in 1999-2009 assistant of Head of Kutaisi City Court. Since 2009 member of Georgian Bar Association with general specialization. In 1999 attended courses of assistents of judge and passed exams prescribed by programme in Traning Centre of Justice. In 2003 attended courses of retraining of assistants of judges, that included Civil Procedural Law, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedural Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law. In 2004 passed Qualification exams for employees of Prosecutors Office. In 2006 passed Qualification exams for judges with specialization in Criminal Law, in 2007 passed qualification exams for barristers with specialization in Civil and Administrative Law. Since 2009 for the purposes of professional development he attended more than ten seminars in various fields of Law.
